The wooden seat may be placed on either side of the WaterGrinder and at three different heights, allowing for both pushing and pulling exercises. The machine can also be utilized without a seat from a standing posture for increased core intensity, as well as from a wheelchair.
The WaterGrinder’s retractable seat allows it to be utilized sitting, standing, or from a wheelchair, making it excellent for rehabilitation.
